Payal Mehta, ACC, is the founder of Hearts on Sleeves Coaching. She works with professionals who need to speak up in meetings or presentations but feel held back by nerves or the pressure to sound "perfect."
Her approach distills public speaking into three areas: preparation, relaxation, and connection—simplifying the process so clients can communicate clearly and confidently.
Before coaching, Payal spent over a decade in corporate Learning & Development, designing global leadership training. Her acting background gives her a practical lens for understanding presence and delivery.
