Garry Schleifer

Garry Schleifer is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and publisher with more than two decades of experience supporting the global coaching profession. Dr. D. Ivan Young is a behavioural neuroscience expert specialising in executive decision-making and ethical intelligence for high-consequence leadership. An ICF MCC, EMCC Master Practitioner, and NBC-HWC, he advises Fortune 100 CEOs and private capital founders on cognitive risk and decision architecture. A Professional Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, he is the Founder and CEO of Young Ethical Intelligence, Inc. and creator of the URIEL AI ecosystem.

Yetty Williams

Yetty Williams is a Yale MBA, Forbes Over 30 Under 50 Honoree, and digital strategist specialising in AI, cyberpsychology, and digital well-being. As Founder of LagosMums, Nigeria’s leading parenting platform, and a Fractional Chief Digital Officer, she helps organisations, leaders, and families navigate the digital age with intention and impact.
