Mel Leow

With almost 3 decades in Leadership, Coaching and Unlocking Human Potential in the Asia Pacific region, Mel serves C- suite Executives and their teams to thrive. His key drive is to Empower and Engage Leaders and Coaches to... LIVE. BE. BRAVE.

Mel is passionate about democratizing coaching. He leads an ICF-Accredited online school Catalyst Coach, with a mission to equip 10,000 Coaches to impact 10 Million over the next 20 years.

Mel wrote “ENGAGE – How to Stop Living in Default & Start Living the Life You Desire” and hosts the #100MasterCoaches show on YouTube and other Podcast channels.

Karl Van Hoey

Karl combines a very successful track record of +3500 hours of executive- and team coaching in a huge variety of industries worldwide, with a long and extensive experience in corporate HR leadership roles. For AXA, British American Tobacco, Ernst & Young and Sappi Fine Paper Europe.

Karl has obtained the Master Certified Coach credential in 2019, and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching in 2022. Both granted by the International Coaching Federation. He also obtained the Master Practitioner accreditation in 2022, as granted by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Both ICF and EM

Jonathan Reitz

Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC is FLUXIFY's Director of Education/CEO. and the Director of Education for the Weatherhead Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University and the co-founder of the Team Coaching Global Alliance. Jonathan is a researcher in A.I. & Coaching and has been an ICF subject matter expert in A.I., Team Coaching, and Coaching Education. He's also the former President of the ICF's Cleveland Charter Chapter. He was named to Thinkers50 Inaugural Coaches50 list in 2024.

Vijayalakshmi S

Vijayalakshmi is an award-winning global Master Coach & Mentor (ICF-MCC & ACTC, EMCC-MP), with a background in Consulting, Human Resources & Law. With 3600+ hours of experience across Executive, Leadership Wellness & Conflict, Systemic & Team Coaching. Viji served as President ICF Chennai (2020-22), Chair ICF India Conclave (2021), and has been named Distinguished Coach-ICF Coaching Impact Awards (2024), first recipient of ICF India Coaching Excellence Guru Award (2022); ‘highly commended’ by EMCC (2021 & 2023). She is the Founding Volunteer Leader of CoachesForYou, a pro bono coaching effort.
