ICF Ireland helps Ireland to thrive through Coaching.

To support this goal we aim to establish strategic partnerships with public and private bodies and organisations advocating that ICF Coaches are associated with excellence and reinforcing the belief that Coaching empowers the full potential of every person in all walks of society.
ICF Ireland supports its Members to have a sense of family and to receive the educational, social and business support they need to promote themselves, their Coaching Service and the Coaching Industry across Ireland.
Affiliation to ICF Ireland is free.

Emer Doyle

Emer Doyle is qualified as a professional coach and set up her own coaching business in 2009 at the young age of 26. From there she has slowly and organically grown a private practice which now provides professional coaching, ICF mentor coaching and advanced coach training to a broad range of individuals nationally and internationally. In 2017 Emer became the second person and first female in Ireland to be awarded the ICF MCC Credential. She is also the creator of the Becoming Masterful Experience to support coaches in becoming profound in their presence and proficient in their coaching skills

Barbara Gilleran

Barbara Gilleran joined the ICF Ireland Chapter board in January 2024 as Director of Learning and Development. She has over 20 years of HR experience, most recently at Coupa Software as Senior Director of Global L&D. She is currently pursuing her PCC accreditation.

Beyond the Badge: Personal Reflections of coaches’ paths to ICF credentialing with Emer Doyle.

Join Barbara Gilleran and David O’Grady, for four 30 minute LinkedIn live series: Beyond the Badge: Personal Reflections of coaches’ paths to ICF credentialing. They will be hosting these sessions during ICW with coaches who are at different stages of their own coaching journey. They’ll be finding out what drew them to coaching and what inspired them to embark on a journey toward accreditation and the lessons learned along the way.

On Monday 13th May Barbara Gilleran will be joined by Emer Doyle MCC to discuss her journey.
