Ghada Yared

Ghada is a CPD certified Trainer, an ICF certified ADHD and Family Coach (PCC), a Mental Fitness Coach and a Professional Mediator. She has delivered over 150 hours of training to teams in different NGOs and private organizations, to parents, coaches, students and professionals from the educational field. She has extensive experience as a Professional Mediator teaching conflict resolution and non-violent communication. Balsam Raffoul

Balsam Raffoul graduated in 1986 from the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Art. She continued to develop her career, pursued and received several certifications:

A certified Montessori teacher. She taught preschoolers for 6 years and lower Elementary classes for 20 years.
She also became a Division Director for Preschool.
Master Trainer (ATD) and a certified Coach (CMA) She trained teachers in the following topics: The strength of team work, “Scribbling : A Milestone in a child’s Development”, Conflict Resolution and maintaining a positive attitude .
