Salman Amjad

Salman Amjad is currently the Coach Team Lead for the Talent Assessment and Coaching unit at Saudi Aramco. He is also the Director of Innovation and Development for the ICF Saudi Arabia chapter where he leads a variety of programs and initiatives geared towards enhancing coaching in organizations within Saudi Arabia. This includes coaching community of practice groups, advising organizations on how best to enhance coaching in their workplace, and skill development webinars for emerging coaches. He is also part of the MENA Coaching Culture Council.
