Can Coaching Create Social Impact?

Join a conversation with ICF Denmark and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) about how coaching can create social impact for a large global organization with a social purpose.
Jacqui Møller Larsen, Director of Social Impact for ICF Denmark will share how the social impact partnership with DRC was developed and delivered, the value to the chapter and the experiences of some ICF members involved.
She will be joined by Mads Egerskov Sørensen, the Director of HR who will share his perspective on the impact the coaching is having on the organization and his own experience as a coaching client within the program.
