Coach To Couch: “Know When To Hold ‘Em’, Know When To Fold ‘Em…”

Could your client benefit from therapy, but you aren’t sure what to do or how to go about it? Have you found yourself in a difficult situation mid-way through your coaching because you feel your client needs to go deeper than the coaching you can provide?
If so, this interactive panel discussion is for you. Two experienced therapists who are now coaches will discuss these and other dilemmas with each other and the participants. Based on real experiences, participants will learn when or how to refer coaching clients to therapists and how to collaborate with therapists.

Objectives of this program:

Clarify the difference between therapy and coaching.
Learn the signals when to refer a client to therapy and not take them on as a coaching client.
Understand how to transition a client into therapy when coaching is no longer useful.
Identify how you could collaborate with a therapist while coaching a client.
