Coaching Across Cultures: Building Cultural EQ and Agility
As globalization continues to reshape leadership, collaboration, and inclusion, certified coaches are increasingly called to work across cultural differences with greater awareness, adaptability, and skill. This session explores why cultural intelligence and coaching agility are becoming essential for coaches, especially in light of the growing tension between global consistency and local realities. Participants will be introduced to practical frameworks and tools, including the 4Cs Process and the ICBI™ (Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator™), and will learn how these can strengthen coaching effectiveness in diverse and complex environments.

This session explores why cultural intelligence is becoming an essential coaching capability in today’s global and interconnected world.Participants will examine the role of coaches in supporting culturally adaptive leadership and the importance of agility when working across diverse teams and perspectives. Heide and Valerie will share practical insights to help coaches strengthen self-awareness, navigate cultural differences more effectively, and support more inclusive decision-making.
