Cultural EQ Reimagined: Coaching at the Intersection of People and AI

As globalization and rapid AI adoption continue to reshape leadership, collaboration, and inclusion, leaders are increasingly called to work across national, organizational, and emerging AI-driven cultures with greater awareness, adaptability, and skill. This interactive session explores why cultural intelligence and coaching agility are becoming essential, particularly as leaders navigate the tension between global consistency, local cultural realities, and the influence of AI systems that carry their own embedded values, assumptions, and biases.

Participants will explore their own personal cultural preferences and examine how these preferences influence presence, assumptions, and interventions. Practical frameworks and tools, including the 4Cs Process and the ICBI™ (Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator™), will be introduced.
