Coaching for Inclusive Leadership

In this workshop, we explore how a coaching leadership style brings 6 must-have elements for inclusive leadership.
We will look externally, at how to create an inclusive environment, as a leader, but we will also look internally, at mindsets and reflective practices. Throughout the workshop, skills and behaviors will be connected to ICF Competencies.
This workshop is beneficial for coaches working with leaders, but also for leaders who would like to use a more inclusive approach and explore behaviors that are also linked with coaching leadership style.
