With close to 3 decades in the area of Management Consulting, Taranjeet Singh is highly knowledgeable and

realization and employee engagement exercises. He has had senior leadership experiences not only in Malaysia,
Asia Pacific but in Central Asia as well. Presently Taranjeet the CEO of Quantum Steppe Advisory, a boutique Management Consulting Firm with a focus on Human Capital Management.

Narita Naziree joined the Maybank Group in 2011, and holds a dual role as Head, People Experience & Digital Advancement and Human Capital Director for Maybank’s Group Operations sector. The primary accountabilities of her current role encompass HR operations, employee communications, stakeholder solutions and risk & crisis management. Together with the leadership
team at Maybank Group Human Capital, Narita also supports the strategic focus on a future-ready workforce, through capacity & culture building.

I have over 18 years of IT experience including project management, production support, delivery management, insurance systems, software development life cycle, multi- teams management and business strategic planning. I am currently working as Assistant Vice President I for APAC Business Service Delivery Management in a multinational insurance company.

Besides that, I also have over 4 years of experience as a Certified Strengths Coach helping individuals and teams leverage their strengths towards more effective team delivery as well as a Certified Transformational Coach.
