She is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 25 years of working with leaders and teams in organisations in guiding them to develop their skills in leadership and life. She is the founder of Corporate Druids (Pvt) Ltd and also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Logicare (Pvt) Ltd, CAL Investments & CAL Securities, and is also on the adjunct faculty of Hult Ashridge, UK. She is a scholar-practitioner with a coaching accreditation and Doctorate in Organisational Change from Ashridge Hult (DProf awarded by Middlesex University), UK; MSc in Responsibility and Business Practices from UK.
