Coaching for young people! Empowering Youth: Speak Up, Dream Big “Your Time of Power 2024” May – June 2024
As coaches, we can assist them in identifying their strengths and, aspirations, clarifying their goals, and encouraging them to pursue and take the first step toward achieving them.
“YOUR TIME OF POWER” is a highly successful voluntary program that has been running for five years, celebrating International Coaching Week.
This Year, it offers young people aged 18-30 worldwide an exceptional opportunity for growth and empowerment through its coaching program, “Speak Up and Dream Big.”
We are a group of 15 volunteer professional coaches and coach leaders. We are joining forces again to support young people in getting active, finding their role in society, and planning their next steps. We offer two free coaching sessions and a special webinar. The aim is to listen to their concerns and reflections through a targeted survey about their experiences and challenges and, based on the findings, offer them two coaching sessions and a special webinar. Sessions in English, French, German & Greek

YOUR TIME OF POWER 2024 – SCHEDULE OF ACTIONS
• April 15, 2024: We will promote the project, send invitations to participate, and invite young people to take the survey and attend the two individual coaching sessions.
• May 1 – June 26, 2024: May with “International Coaching Week” is transformed into a source of inspiration and success by holding coaching sessions!
• June 18, 2024: Workshop held for the participating young people!
