Coaching Humanitarians: A practitioner dialogue to reflect together

The humanitarian world has been shifting dramatically over the past year – and so has the experience of those who coach humanitarians. This session is a space for coaches with humanitarian coaching experience to come together, share stories from the field, and reflect collectively on what this moment is bringing up in their practice. Through storytelling and open dialogue, we will listen to each other’s experiences and see what emerges together. Come with a short story from your coaching practice with humanitarians. That is your entry point into the conversation.
While the session will not be recorded, a summary of shared reflections from our dialogue will be shared among humanitarian coaching practitioners (e.g. via LinkedIn and the organiser’s website) – without attributing any stories or comments to individuals.
