Coaching Neurodivergent Clients: Tools and Lessons from an International Coaching Pilot

As more coaches work with neurodivergent clients, many encounter a familiar challenge: clients who know what they want to do but struggle to start, organise or follow through.

This interactive session shares insights from an international coaching pilot run through CoachBridge, a social impact coaching initiative exploring how coaching can support neurodivergent young adults facing executive-function challenges.

Coaches and clients who participated in the pilot will briefly share their experiences, including practical tools and approaches that proved helpful in real coaching conversations.

Participants will then join breakout discussions to exchange strategies from their own coaching practice. Together we will compile a crowd-sourced toolbox of practical coaching approaches that support neurodivergent clients.

Participants are encouraged to come prepared to share one tool, question, or coaching approach that has worked well when supporting neurodivergent clients.
