Dragan Donkov

With over 20 years of diverse industry experience spanning pharmaceuticals, recruitment, executive search, and the non-profit sector, Dragan specialises in navigating challenging workplace dynamics. Before founding Carob Consult, Dragan led Malta's largest Employee Assistance Programme in Mental Health in the workplace. As an EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner and Team Coach, Dragan assists individual clients and teams in gaining clarity, confidence, and focus. Outside of work, you'll find Dragan at the gym, mastering Jiu-Jitsu, or perfecting the art of crafting the ideal cappuccino.

Cindy Anastasi

Cindy has extensive experience in HR across various sectors including tech, insurance, and hospitality. She is currently an HR Director for a global tech company, where she provides group coaching internally. Cindy is a certified Business & Personal Coach and Team Coach. Coaching energizes her and helps her to grow personally and professionally. She loves gardening, going to the gym, and spending time with her three dogs.
