CRR UK Community Event

Given that there is so much division, separation, and conflict in the world, it can be hard to hold on to a sense that our individual efforts are significant. Organisations and the world are looking at systemic equity. But what does this mean?

With open hearts and playfulness, let’s embrace inquiry to tap into Systemic Equity. We will bring together our best hopes and we will use the Three Levels of Reality to connect with coaching competencies to reveal what Systemic Equity means for us as coaches. How do we as ORSC practitioners that work with systems who want to bring systemic equity?

As we explore this year’s ICW coaching week topic “explore the potential of teams”, we will be exploring the potential of teams in creating systemic equity.

We are eager to co-create the content. We’ll vote on the suggested content:

– Large group facilitation tools (3 levels of reality, deep democracy)

– Explore systemic equity

– How do we as ORSC practitioners work with systemic equity
