Cultivating Character Strengths
This interactive on-line workshop offers the opportunity for participants to become aware of, explore, and apply their core positive personality traits. Following a brief introduction to the 24 universal VIA character strengths, participants will engage in a guided coaching experience applying their strengths in a mindful way. Participants will need to bring their VIA profile. The free VIA Survey can be taken at www.viacharacter.org
