Dimensions of Systems – What’s beyond the Desired Ideal?

In this session, we will explore the relationship between ourselves and the ecosystems we belong to. We will not focus on right or wrong, but on continuous alignment of self in the context of our roles and our function as coaches. We will understand the different dimensions that trigger our different behaviors, and how these behaviors form how we interact with systems around us. We will also explore the forces that trigger us to bring out the best or the worst in ourselves. By the end of this session, we will have a better understanding of how systems stretch between these different dimensions. We will also see how the best of a system comes out when all elements are in alignment and acceptance.

This session is designed to be a safe space for exploration and learning. We are all here to support each other in our growth.
