Marisabel de Souza Prado Ribeiro

Mestre e Doutora em Psicologia da Educação pela PUC-SP. Formações: Instrumentos de identificação de características individuais, IE, Hogan, Learning Agility, Birkman, MBTI, TKI, Firo-B, Points of You, IAF, Estruturas Libertadoras, Andragogia, 6 Disciplinas, etc. Professora de MBA Executivo – ESPM e FGV, nesta última no programa de preparação para CEOs no modulo Liderança de Alta Performance. Mais de 30 anos na área de Gestão de Pessoas. Foi Diretora responsável pela área de Talent Estrategy na Mercer. Anteriormente fundou a consultoria Apta11, atuou na Korn Ferry Hay Group e Right Manager.

Fabiana Dutra

Founder da ELOX Employee Experience e VP Pessoas, Cultura e transformação na Timenow. Administradora de empresa, com MBA em Marketing e Finanças pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas e MBA em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas pela universidade de Michigan – EUA. Mais de 20 anos de atuação em empresas nacionais e internacionais de vários segmentos, com os temas de Gestão de Pessoas para alta performance, Educação Corporativa e Employee Experience. Suas experiências internacionais incluem dentro da América Latina, nos Estados Unidos e na Europa.

Diretora de Aprendizagem e EX – Employee Experience da Vale. Uma executiva de RH com uma trajetória rica em diferentes Culturas e em diversas temáticas relacionadas a Pessoas e Gestão.
