EXPECTATION DETOX™ ✨ Releasing the Weight of ‘Shoulds’ ✨

We all carry expectations — from ourselves, others, society, and even our past. Many of these “shoulds” are invisible burdens that impact our peace, relationships, and self-worth.

Join us for this interactive and reflective session, where we explore how coaching can help you identify, reframe, and release unrealistic expectations. Through guided tools, personal reflection, and a coaching-informed lens, this session will help you begin your own “expectation detox.”

You’ll walk away with greater awareness, emotional clarity, and strategies to set healthy boundaries — plus a free Expectation Detox™ workbook to continue your journey.

This session is open to the general public, and will conclude with a brief segment for coaches to explore how expectations show up in client sessions and in our coaching presence.

This engaging and coaching-informed session is designed to help individuals reflect on the unspoken expectations—societal, familial, professional, or internal—that weigh them down.
Through guided exercises, coaching-inspired questions, and reflection tools, participants will explore their personal “shoulds” and begin the process of emotional detox.
A coaching lens will be introduced in the final segment to deepen insights and highlight how managing expectations supports personal growth, resilience, and authentic leadership.
