Finding your purpose

Being successful at setting up a coaching practice requires at least four skills:
1. You need to understand your purpose – why you do what you do
2. You need to understand your positioning – which clients you want to serve and partners you want to work with.
3. You need to create a product eco system – a modular chain of innovative products that help you break out of time/service models
4. You need to create a pitch – engaging communication about the problems you will solve for your clients

In this workshop we will focus on finding your purpose and creating a pitch. By the end you will be able to talk about why you do what you do in a convincing succinct way to potential clients.
