From Challenges to Clients: A Codevelopment Action Learning Group for Coaches

Many of us struggle to consistently attract clients, and now there’s an opportunity to try a new collaborative approach together as part of a pilot group within our community.

We are inviting you to join a Codevelopment Action-Learning (CAL) Group, a small, collaborative cohort of coaches volunteering to work together to generate new ideas, strategies and insights to grow our client base.

The CAL approach is a structured, peer-based process that helps participants explore real challenges together, generate practical solutions and strengthen business practices.

In addition, by experiencing the CAL process firsthand, you`ll expand knowledge and gain a valuable tool you can later offer to your own clients, creating even more opportunities for impact and business growth.

This is a pilot program. If successful, the approach could be expanded within our community to tackle a variety of challenges. By joining, you’ll help shape something that cold benefit many more coaches in the future.
