Focus & Presence Lab: A Practical Experience Session
Most leaders already know that focus and presence matter. The challenge is building the ability to access them consistently—especially when the mind is busy, the day is fast, and the stakes are high.
Focus & Presence Lab is a practical group session designed to move beyond concepts and into direct experience. In this session, we will practice simple, evidence-informed techniques to help you sharpen attention, reduce mental noise, and return to calm clarity in real time.
This is not a lecture. It’s an experiential session where you will:
Experience what “presence” feels like in the body and mind
Learn a repeatable method to reset focus within minutes
Notice what distracts you (internally and externally) and how to respond
Practice grounded attention in a real-time guided exercise
Leave with a simple daily practice to strengthen focus over time
Ideal for: senior leaders, professionals, and coaches who want practical tools to improve focus, listening, decision-making, and calm presence
What to bring:
- Headphones (recommended)
- Water
- Camera on if possible (to support presence), but optional
