It’s easy to map out my professional development path by the titles I’ve earned: from Coach Learner to ACC in one year, PCC in two, and MCC in ten. But after achieving the MCC credential, a new question emerged: Who will I be then?

What’s harder to express is the inner journey behind those milestones—the 15 years it took to become the certified coach I am today. I’ve experienced the shock of an unexpected career shift from my employer, the survival mode of building a practice as an independent coach, and the deep desire to build a sustainable coaching profession. Yet life keeps changing. Now, I find myself asking: How do I surrender to this new world?
