Too often, organizations and individuals who use development assessments fail to get a return on their investment. This may be due to using assessments inappropriately, results being resisted or rejected, implications of the data not being understood, a failure to turn implications into plans and actions, or failures to enable people and hold them accountable to grow. In this session, you will get insights into: choosing and using appropriate, valid, and reliable assessments; challenges with to getting people to accept and use assessment results for professional and personal growth; and tactics for overcoming those challenges.
