ICF Cultural Competency Training

ICF is committed to creating a more just and equitable world for coaches and coaching clients. Through this effort we are providing diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) training and resources.

Two of our experienced ICF Oregon leaders, Amanda S. Grear, CPC, MPO and Alyson Day, CPC, MBA will co-facilitate and guide you through the ICF Global sponsored training to support coaches in understanding their own and respecting the values, attitudes and beliefs that differ across culture; ultimately supporting you in becoming a culturally competent coach who can more effectively partner with your clients through strengthened collaborations.
