ICW 2023 Closing Event

We come to the end of ICW2023 to celebrate members and their work. There will be a Keynote & a Panel Session followed by celebration of recognizing ICF Accredited Coaching Education Provider.

Keynote
It is crucial for practicing coaches to embody and practice personal disruptions as a continuous personal development stance. Coaches are often in the position to guide and assist others in finding their inner voices that would ultimately unleash their true potential. The true conundrum here is whether the coach themself embodies the same mindset.



Panelist Session
As leaders in corporate organizations or in NGOs, let us ask ourselves these 2 questions:

Firstly, do we believe we have more potential than our current performance level? Secondly, what is s the opportunity cost of not using that potential more often?

If you answered “yes” to the first question, and “a lot of time and money” for the second, then you think like most of the senior leaders.
