ICW 2023 Online – Your Greatness Within – Strengths versus Weaknesses (Ticket details below)

In this session, our speaker Julie Hay will present the TA concept where she has taken something that covers 5 ways in which we unconsciously sabotage ourselves when stressed and converted it to 5 different styles that can be strengths when brought into our awareness. She will invite participants into breakout groups to ‘play’ with the styles and identify their own individual preferences for one or two of the styles. This is intended to be a very interactive session with plenty of interaction with her. These interactions will also illustrate the styles.
