ICW’2024: The Impact of Coaching in Times of War

As the war in Ukraine and Israel accelerates, the people of these countries find themselves in an intense and volatile reality that seems to be immune to efforts to comprehend the full complexity of what is going on and create coping structures and meaning.
This reality is finding its way into coaching, affecting the coach, the client, and the coaching profession.
In this panel discussion, coaches from Ukraine and Israel will discuss the impact of war on the practice of coaching and the impact coaching has on the lives, performance, leadership, and resilience of people living in war zones.
We invite coaches who live and work in active war zones, international coaches who have clients affected by war, and Coaches who are interested in the effect of war and chaos in coaching to participate in this important discussion.
