Siamo un gruppo di Coach e professionisti provenienti da esperienze e percorsi diversi, uniti dal desiderio di creare spazi di incontro, riflessione e crescita. Crediamo in un Coaching che nasce dalla Presenza, dall’ascolto e dalla responsabilità personale. Formatore aziendale certificato SRRC e PNL Coach nel 2024, attualmente laureando in psicologia del lavoro. Capacità commerciali e abilità di team Coaching sono state fondamentali per il conseguimento di risultati eccellenti come raggiungere fatturati aziendali che superano i 60’000 euro mensili. Ha scritto un libro diventato Bestseller dal titolo ‘’Incarna la tua Visione’’ dove condensa parte della sua esperienza.
Il suo metodo multidisciplinare rivolto alle imprese permette di costruire un successo sostenibile lavorando su due pilastri essenziali: il benessere e la redditività dell’azienda.

Inizia “per caso” nel 2015. Una scelta che diventa subito una direzione chiara e costante. Oggi è PCC di ICF. Austria: un percorso strutturato e rigoroso che ha posto le basi metodologiche del suo lavoro, successivamente ha integrato strumenti di presenza, linguaggio e cambiamento. Ha percorso l’intero Cammino di Santiago, esperienza che ha profondamente influenzato il suo modo di accompagnare le persone: presenza, fiducia nel processo e rispetto dei tempi interiori. Ha partecipato a un progetto in Filosofia applicata e corsi sul Buddismo dell’Università Cattolica di Milano.
