Formada em Psicologia, com 7.000 horas de experiência em Coaching Executivo ao longo de 20 anos de atuação profissional. Consultora associada do EcoSocial de 2004 a 2024. Co-fundadora da Escola de Coaches, co-autora e professora dos cursos: Formação de Coaches (curso credenciado pela ICF como programa Level 2 (Accredited Coach Training Program). Formação de Team Coaches e Formação em Coaching Interno, credenciados pela ICF na categoria Level 1 (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours). Supervisora de Coaches e Supervisora de Teams credenciada pela CSA – Coaching Supervision Academy UK.

Jorge Dornelles de Oliveira

Trajetória profissional de mais de 45 anos, com uma carreira multifacetada e desafiadora, com formação acadêmica em Administração de Empresas, pós-graduações em Engenharia Civil pela UFRGS, Negócios Imobiliários pela FAAP e MBA em Finanças pelo IBMEC. CEO da GGN Consultoria e sócio fundador e docente na Escola de Coaches da Formação de Coaches e da Formação de Team Coaches. Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching pelo Global Team Coach Institute (UK) e formado em Team Coaching pela Invite Change (USA). Foi Presidente da ICF Brasil (2013-2015). Com mais de 6.000 horas de coaching executivo.
