Wang believes everybody desires to be a better person and contribute to what they believe in. When people improve, a better society is built. The change must start with us, but not limited to ourselves. This gives good reason to join efforts to help more people to access coaching.

Over her 30-year career, she has acquired diverse experiences of themes and positions, such as project manager, market access manager, and accountant. Currently, Wang is an executive and career coach, and founder of 4Coach since 2011.
