It’s About Time, Coaching the Best of Times!

n this session, we will be looking at three different structures of time and the impact that they have on how we organise the elements of our experience, interact with the world and the results we achieve.

We will explore how these structures can support us enable our clients to build stronger connections during, between, and over sessions. Moreover, we will learn how an understanding of these distinctions can help us co-create a much more effective coaching process for and with our clients and foment longer-lasting transformational and generative change.
