At Green Minds, we’re excited to introduce “L&D Collaborative: Group Coaching for Crafting Future-Ready Leadership Development Programs,” a dynamic program designed exclusively for Learning and Development professionals who are passionate about building innovative learning initiatives for future-ready leaders. “L&D Collaborative” offers a unique opportunity for L&D professionals to come together, share insights, and co-create cutting-edge leadership development programs that empower leaders to thrive in the future. Through a series of 6 weekly interactive group coaching sessions, facilitated discussions, and collaborative exercises, you’ll explore the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in leadership development. Led by experienced coaches with a track record of success in L&D, each session will provide you with the tools, strategies, and support needed to design and implement impactful learning.

This is an offer for 6 group coaching sessions launced during ICW. Participants will be required to commit 1 hour weekly for 7 weeks including the launch session on the 16th of May. The sessions will be conducted for cohorts of maximum ten participants in each cohort.
