Leading Life Development Groups: Six principles
Life Development Groups break with the traditional model of assembling like-minded individuals with similar goals and shift into bringing together diverse people with diverse issues that they want to work on.
It’s personal growth practiced with other people. The results are turbo-charged transformation, while offering an immediate sense of community and belonging.
For the first 75 minutes Carrie Sackett and Tricia Livermore will break down the six principles of leading groups, showing how the coach can speak to the individual and the group at the same time. This will be interactive and experiential.
Then you will become participants in a 45-minute Life Development Group session: Bring something real (mid-level issue). Stay with it together. Leave stronger in how you relate.
We’ll follow this with an engaged debrief for integration of your experience and learnings.
