Learning journey of using coaching principles to engage seniors

This sharing will be about a program developed that is built upon Universal Design for Learning to ensure it is senior-friendly, with Coaching Principles basis for meaningful engagement. Using activities based on Mindful baking and Lego Serious Play, the engagement transitions from face-to-face interaction to fully virtual in a scaffolded manner.
