Ruth Gavilán

As part of the Academic team, Ruth works as an Executive Coach, Mentor-Trainer of EEC's Executive Coaching Programs and In-company Trainer in leadership skills. Ruth provides executive coaching working with professionals from different sectors and managerial profiles in consumer retailing, pharmaceutical, public administration and banking sectors, among others. As EEC Trainer, she carries out training activities, mentoring, supervision and evaluation of coaches in training. She mentors professional coaches seeking to improve their performance.

Sofia Taouqi

As a consultant, trainer, and coach: She has been workshop facilitator for DISC® leadership profiles, trainer in the Process Communication Model® for executive teams, and has worked as a coach in individual and team coaching processes, primarily focused on performance improvement and leadership skill enhancement.
