Terri Donohue

As a Neurodivergent Jamaican/American woman, living in and loving Canada, pronouns (she, her, hers) coaching is Terri's passion. With certifications in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-racism, and as an ICF/ACC credentialed life and leadership coach, Terri is committed to advocating for courageously safe spaces for equity-deserving groups and supporting mental well-being.
Additionally, Terri co-hosts the podcast called Neurodivergently Coaching, where two culturally diverse coaches explore the intersection of neurodiversity and coaching in work and life.

Deborah Shukyn-Plageman

Deborah is a credentialed coach, mentor, and supervisor. She coaches a diverse range of clients with intersectional and neurodivergent identities. She is a practitioner-researcher leading research on DEI in Coaching Supervision in partnership with Up With Women. She completed a master’s degree and three years of doctoral candidacy, focused-on research into the use of coaching to support people who experience barriers and marginalization.
Deborah is an ally and member of the neurodivergent community and co-host of the podcast “Neurodivergently Coaching”.
