Edward Macdonald

Connection, clarity, and growth are what drive Edward’s passion for coaching. As a coach for eleven years, Edward has relentlessly pursued mastery of his craft through his Master Certified Coach credential, and extensive training at the intersection of coaching and neuroscience.
Understanding what is happening in the brain as we coach makes coaching – and all of life – come more alive for him.
He resides with his wife Brittany (also an MCC), daughters Sophia and Olivia, dog Lexie in Colorado Springs where he enjoys the food scene, as well as never-ending places to adventure in the mountains.

Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado, Neurotherapist, and the Director of Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs. He completed his undergraduate studies (B.S.) in Psychology, in 1992, at the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He completed his Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University at Buffalo in 1994. He has 25+ years of experience in the fields of mental health and research as well as over 20,000+ direct client hours in the field of neurotherapy.

Susan Britton

Susan Britton is president of The Academies for Coaching, Inc. Her leadership has supported thousands of coaches across six continents to earn an ICF credential. Susan’s passion for neuroscience-informed coaching permeates all she does, such as identifying key neuroscience concepts that support each ICF Core Competency, writing brain-friendly coaching curriculum, facilitating trainings and mentor sessions with psychological safety, and more. She has authored 7 books and created brain-friendly concepts, such as the Red Zone | Blue Zone model to support the mission of "Changing Minds, For Good"!
