Opening Windows of Opportunity for Change

So, you may have been on a few sessions over the last few days as part of ICW 2023. Maybe there was a particular insight or awareness that you had that sparked you to set a new direction, outcome, or goal for yourself as a result. You probably don’t want it to stop just there.

This session entitled ‘Opening Windows of Opportunity for Change’, gives you a unique opportunity to explore your direction, outcome, or goal in an innovative and highly creative way.

During this session, you’ll

– experience coaching first-hand as part of the bigger group
– explore the sensory nature of your experience of your outcome
– notice how you can incorporate metaphor and ‘anchoring’
– come away with a powerful coaching tool that you can use for yourself and with your clients

To get the most out of this session you’ll need to bring along an A3 sheet of blank paper, a variety of colouring pens or pencils as well as plenty of curiosity and openness for learning.
