What is Positive Intelligence?

On the other hand, if you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges with reduced mental strain and more positive emotions.
Mental fitness is a lifestyle! Boosting your mental fitness requires building powerful new muscles in your brain. Negativity is diminished which leads to greater productivity, performance and joy! It takes practice; mental fitness practice empowers a shift to positivity.
I am happy to share my experience of a hard moment in my life and to offer you a couple of tools that could be useful to discover and live your great potential.
