Session outline
Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing, and an applied approach to optimal functioning. It has also been defined as the study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals, communities, and organisations to thrive. In a VUCA world, there is an increasing demand for coaches to use a positive psychology approach to help their clients set and pursue goals related to well-being and positive change in their lives, relationships, or work.
In this session, we will offer the right combination of theory and practice for participants to consider how to integrate positive psychology approaches to their practice.
