After 30 years of experience in the Corporate world, I have started a new chapter as a Certified Professional Coach (Level 2) on my way to PCC (I currently hold an ACC accreditation). Coaching has changed my perspectives and strengthened my listening skills. I combine leadership experience with Solution-Focused coaching approach to help professionals navigate career transitions, explore their leadership identity and ambitions and create space for reflection.
What I love with coaching is that magic ah-ah moment that comes from reflection and sometimes .... from silence!
