Cindy excels in designing and delivering team engagements that promote a culture of collaboration and innovation. She is an accomplished, sought-after Mentor Coach, and Coach Educator supporting emerging and evolving coaches to higher levels of achievement.

Ram S. Ramanathan, MCC, MP, BCC, Mentor Coach

As Founder and Mentor Coach, Ram brings an accomplished 45-year to Coacharya.
Ram held C-suite leadership positions for 25-years during which he turned around companies, helped a billion dollar conglomerate, supervised multinational joint ventures, advised the governments of Indonesia and Singapore, angel invested/incubated technology start-ups, and consulted family businesses, small-to-medium enterprises and nonprofit institutions, Ram has authored several books on Eastern philosophy and published articles internationally on mindless awareness in coaching.

Priya Ramesh MCC, SP, ACTC

Priya has over 20 years combined experience as a people development catalyst. She is an Executive Coach, Mentor Coach, Facilitator and Psychologist. She holds an MCC credential and a Team Coaching (ACTC)credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a Coach: Coaches high potential executives in the middle and senior management level. Clients include executives from International Banks, IT/ITES, eRetail, Sports Apparel, Start-Ups, and International Publishing House. The Client’s journey of empowerment is a humbling and exhilarating experience for her as a Coach.
