Relational Intelligence brings the ability to build connections and meaningful relationships with people. It builds on emotional intelligence, interpersonal behaviour and social & systemic dynamics. Cultivating Relational Intelligence is imperative for coaches, leaders, parents, teacher, or anybody who works or lives with people (which would be everybody).
In this session we will discuss some nuggets from the personal psychology of Alfred Adler and explore how they enhance Relational intelligence and the practice of coaching. Whether you are just starting in coaching, or are already certified coach, or are a team leader, this workshop will bring value to you.
