Who this is for
This session is designed for partnerships (2 people) or teams of up to 7 who are already working together or pursuing a shared mission. You might be co-founders, project teams, leadership duos, community initiatives, or creative collaborators. What matters is that you share something real: a purpose, a challenge, or a dream not yet fully spoken.
This is not a networking session. Come as a unit.
What we’ll work on
In 90-120 minutes, we will use proven Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) tools to help your team:

Surface your shared identity and how you show up together
Articulate your collective dream at its boldest and most honest
Listen to what your system already knows but hasn’t yet said

What to expect
Experiential, not lecture-based. You will be in it, not watching it. Some moments may feel surprising or quietly revealing. That is the work.
