Sensory Coaching Makes Good Sense

Did you know that you and your clients’ sensory wiring (it’s in your DNA!) will determine who will work best from home, the office, or hybrid? In this session, we will look at what sensory intelligence is and how it helps all coaches, their clients and employers improve productivity, morale and well-being. We will look at a new assessment tool, Senses@Work™ – embedded in years of research and neuroscience – that coaches can use to determine sensory thresholds and preferences and create work environments best suited to their sensory style. In this 90-minute session includes a live coaching session with a participant about their Senses@Work™ results, generation of a list of powerful coaching questions, and a Live Q & A with Dr. Annemarie Lombard, author of the book “Sensory Intelligence: why it matters more than EQ & IQ.” Dr. Lombard, a WBECS presenter, is a thought leader and expert in sensory neuroscience and developer of the Senses@Work™ and SensoryMatrix assessment tools.
