This interactive workshop guides participants through a reflective process using a powerful coaching tool that offers a holistic overview of current life satisfaction across key areas such as career, relationships, health, personal growth, and more.
Through guided exploration, participants will identify one area they feel called to improve. From there, we’ll transition into goal setting and intention selection, with an emphasis on alignment rather than pressure. This isn’t about setting big, overwhelming goals – it’s about choosing a meaningful objective that feels authentic and achievable.
Once that intention is set, we’ll bridge reflection with action using the creation of small habits technique. Participants will design a micro-habit: a small, consistent action that aligns with their chosen objective and supports real, lasting change.
